As a military member, I purchased my home from the other side of the country, so I put a lot of trust into Seb and Dariusz to advocate for me in my absence.  As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous and had numerous questions. Seb was very prompt but most of all very patient when it came to answering any questions I had. Buying and selling real estate is complicated.  Sebastiano Formica helps simplify it, point out pitfalls, offer honest information on pricing & affordability,  and doesn't apply pressure on the client.  Where I really saw him go above and beyond was after the sales contract, where his team helped with inspections,  pointed out all the various tasks to complete, and walked me through closing questions.
